My professional qualifications include a BA (Hons), PGCLTHE and a PhD. I am an Accredited Coach (ACC) with International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a certified DISC Personality and Behaviour Profiling Practitioner and a Small Business/Charity/CIC Consultant.

I'm a clarity and action-oriented coach and often use positive psychology and neuroscience when coaching. I usually work with academics, researchers and/or those seeking career change clarity and support.
